BMW is one of the leading car manufacturers. The brand’s origins date back to 1916 – back when its main business profile concerned production of aircraft engines. Nowadays, the brand is associated with luxury cars, enjoying a well-deserved reputation among the most demanding drivers.

Being invited to cooperate with one of the most recognizable brands in the world is a great challenge and a great honor. Regardless of the scope and scale of this collaboration, at every stage we had been aware of the fact we were moving in a huge, well thought-out graphic ecosystem. There was no room for half-measures and concessions – every detail mattered and would undergo meticulous verification. Accuracy, precision, skillful understanding of the brand’s detailed design guidelines and their proper implementation accompanied us on all the projects we had completed. Each time, our work was approved by a special department, which made us further realize how important process organization is for large corporations and and how the standards of our work fit into that.

The presented projects were implemented for sales, promotional and loyalty campaigns in both digital channels and classic printed materials. The projects were implemented for the Polish BMW dealer network.

A comprehensive campaign for the brand’s customers, encouraging them to take part in the Safe Driving School.

The customers had the opportunity to improve their driving skills and learn about latest BMW models and solutions to support driving safety.

We had designed a series of mailing newsletters for the campaign, providing an opportunity to learn about the interactive training program. Promotion of the campaign was supported by a banner campaign on automotive portals and social media channels, such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, all of which called for custom banners.

BMW has been participating in corporate social responsibility initiatives for several years.

Protecting the environment doesn’t have to mean giving up on traditional methods such as printing on paper, because it can be done in eco-friendly ways. Not everything can be replaced by digital technologies, especially in the premium segment, where the customer expects something more, such as receiving an invitation letter to a prestigious event such as the launch of the new BMW 7 Series model.

We designed a series of invitations for BMW for various occasions, ranging from  prestigious events to sport events under the brand’s patronage. The printed invitations were supported by personalized electronic counterparts. We have also prepared a series of forms to be filled out by hand or through the digital functionality of PDF files.

Campaigns in industry media are still an important promotional tool, even for premium brands with an established market position.

We designed a series of banners for campaigns supporting the sales of Series 3 model, as well as outdoor and print ads for the X1 model. The banners were adapted to a variety of advertising formats, each time verified for compliance with brand principles, such as correct placement of logos, typography size and proper use of images.

The ads were presented on backlit displays and printed in magazines of varying focus, exceeding the automotive industry.

In addition to selling cars, additional services such as purchase order financing were also promoted.

Such a solution is very beneficial and profitable for both the manufacturer and the customer, who receives a complete service on good terms from a reliable partner. This is why BMW is promoting its BMW Comfort Lease program.

We have designed a series of mailing campaigns with the ability to redirect towards a specific offer for a specific vehicle at a selected dealership. We ensured that the emails are responsive to varying mobile screens.

We designed a mailing campaign promoting the new Series 5 model, along with an invitation to its launch. One could sign up for a test drive of the new model at a selected dealership right from their web browser.

Accessory sales and seasonal campaigns are another important pillar of dealership sales.

Constantly informing customers about new accessory offerings, discounts and promotional offers is a standard activity for many car brands. Orginal spare parts and accessories guarantee the safety and reliability of your car.

We designed a campaign to support the sale of winter tires and seasonal accessories such as roof racks and wheel chains. The mailing campaign was complemented by sending personalized letters with attractive offers for selected customers. Using all channels in accordance with the 360 strategy is the most effective method with reaching the target group.
